our story

Two Flamingos and One Truck isn’t just a food truck—it’s a story on wheels. Founded by Wesley Corneille, the brand was born from culture, experience, and a passion for bold flavor.


Two Flamingos and One Truck is built on that fusion—blending the rich, soulful flavors of Haiti with the bold, dynamic energy of Korean food. The result is something unique, unforgettable, and full of personality in every bite.


This isn’t just food—it’s culture, creativity, and community served from one truck.


And while the truck is at the heart of the experience, the story doesn’t stop there. Two Flamingos and One Truck also brings its flavors beyond the road, offering catering services both with the truck on-site or through customized setups tailored to any event.

THE CHEF

Meet Wesley Corneille


Wesley Corneille’s journey into food began at home, cooking side by side with his mother. It was there that he developed a deep respect for Haitian culture and a love for the kind of food that brings people together.


As he stepped into the culinary world, his perspective began to grow. He discovered a new appreciation for Korean cuisine—its depth, bold spice, and creativity.


Rather than choosing between the two, Wesley saw an opportunity to create something entirely his own.


He brought them together.


Through Two Flamingos and One Truck, Wesley blends heritage and exploration into every dish—serving food that’s not only flavorful, but meaningful.
