Meet Wesley Corneille
Wesley Corneille’s journey into food began at home, cooking side by side with his mother. It was there that he developed a deep respect for Haitian culture and a love for the kind of food that brings people together.
As he stepped into the culinary world, his perspective began to grow. He discovered a new appreciation for Korean cuisine—its depth, bold spice, and creativity.
Rather than choosing between the two, Wesley saw an opportunity to create something entirely his own.
He brought them together.
Through Two Flamingos and One Truck, Wesley blends heritage and exploration into every dish—serving food that’s not only flavorful, but meaningful.
